The paper briefly reviews the rehabilitation measures undertaken on some earthquake damaged school buildings in Manila. It is important to know the types of failure and their causes and the appropriate remedial measures effected.The objective of this paper is to describe and analyze an earthquake damaged school building, particularly Esteban Abada High School.
